OPERATING PROCEDURES

• The NGO would be operated on suitably modified Military – strictly accountable – systems.

• All SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) would bewell researched and EXCEPTIONS (SPECIAL CASES) would be avoided.

• The concerned staff of the OPCs of the NGO would be informed well in advance of Courses scheduled for them.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

• A “BOARD OF TRUSTEES” would be consulted before making any changes in the SOPs.

• Two Committees as given below would manage smooth Operations of the NGO.

• They would meet Two times a year; or as and when required in Patna or anywhere in India.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Members of this Committee would be engaged in executingthe operations of the NGO.

ADVISORY COMMITTEE

  • This Committee would be composed of specialist (Non-Executive) advisors of the NGO.
  • All issues impacting the NGO in the immediate (Short) Term and delayed (Long) Term on Bihar, India and on the future of the NGO would be considered and discussed by them threadbare.
  • They could be given a decided amount of Honorariums for attending various meetings in Patna, Bihar or anywhere in India.
